If you are paying with MasterCard or VISA, you can register online by completing the Online Preregistration Form. If you are paying by check or with a purchase order, print the Preregistration Form, provide all requested information, and mail it with your check or purchase order to NBEA, 1914 Association Drive, Reston, VA 20191-1596; (Tel) 703-860-8300; (Fax) 703-620-4483. (Please note, the deadline to submit a P.O. is February 26. A copy of the P.O. MUST be mailed or faxed with the preregistration form.)

The NBEA convention preregistration fees have been set at $200 for Professional members, $130 for Student members, $155 for Retired members, $345 for nonmembers, and $75 for spouses of members (non-teaching, non-student only).

Pi Omega Pi convention preregistration fees are $80 for students attending Pi Omega Pi only, $170 for combined Pi Omega Pi and NBEA student convention, and $250 for combined Pi Omega Pi and NBEA member convention.

Convention registration is required to attend any session, activity, or meal function.

Registrations received without payment will be returned. Refunds will be made from the NBEA headquarters by June 1. A $30 processing fee will be charged for preregistration cancelled by March 18; after that date, no refunds will be made--No Exceptions. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing.
