Convention Registration
The deadline to return the NBEA 2012 Annual Convention Early Registration Form is March 14. For registrations received after March 14 or paid on site, the fee schedule is provided below.
If you are paying with MasterCard or VISA, you can register online by completing the Online Registration Form. If you are paying by check or with a purchase order, print the Registration Form, provide all requested information, and mail it with your check or purchase order to NBEA, 1914 Association Drive, Reston, VA 20191-1596; (Tel) 703-860-8300; (Fax) 703-620-4483. (Please note, the deadline to submit a P.O. is March 2. A copy of the P.O. MUST be mailed or faxed with the registration form.)
NBEA Convention Registration Fees
NBEA convention registration fees received on or before March 14: $230 for Professional members, $150 for Student members, $180 for Retired members, $390 for nonmembers, and $75 for spouses of members (non-teaching, non-student only).
NBEA convention registration fees received after March 14 or paid on site: $305 for Professional members, $225 for Student members, $255 for Retired members, $465 for nonmembers, and $100 for spouses of members (non-teaching, non-student only).
Convention registration is required to attend any session, activity, or meal function.
Registrations received without payment will be returned. Refunds will be made from the NBEA headquarters by June 1. A $50 processing fee will be charged for registrations cancelled by March 14; after that date, no refunds will be made. No Exceptions will be made to the refund policy. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing.
