Now entering its sixth year, the Accounting Pilot and Bridge Project has trained more than 500 teachers nationwide. To participate in the pilot, teachers must attend an annual training session, and we are pleased to announce that a training session will be held prior to the NBEA 2012 Annual Convention.
The training is scheduled as follows: Sunday, April 1, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Monday, April 2, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday, April 3, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The training program for the Accounting Pilot and Bridge Project is an intensive professional development seminar that offers subject-specific training on the content of the course, best practices for teaching accounting, and a forum for exchanging ideas about how to implement the course and exam.
Participating teachers must attend each day of the training session and be registered for the NBEA Convention
