Associate Membership — $395/year
Associate membership is the most cost-effective way to build year-round visibility and trust with educators. It includes:
- One educational webinar hosted by you and scheduled with NBEA approval. Sessions must be educational, though your product may be the focus. NBEA discloses vendor-provided sessions to members.
- Two newsletter article placements per year, at NBEA's discretion. These are informational pieces that inform educators while featuring your product or initiative — not advertisements.
- Discounts on convention registration, exhibit space, and 10% off all advertising.
Join as an associate member by selecting "Associate" and completing registration.
KeyingIN Newsletter
With 11,500 subscribers, KeyingIN offers the broadest reach into the NBEA audience, combining association news with curated business education content. Engagement consistently exceeds nonprofit industry averages — a 46% open rate against a 36% industry benchmark, with an average 3% click rate.
- Rate: $425 per ad, or $750 for two. Ad size: 280px × 360px.
- Deadline: Content due the first of each month; publication follows within a day or two.
- Availability: A limited number of slots per issue.

Business Education Forum
The Forum is NBEA's official peer-reviewed journal, reaching approximately 2,000 members. It is published electronically in full color each December and May, with hardcopy distribution limited to select libraries and subscribers. Written and edited by business educators, the journal covers teaching ideas, technology, trends, curriculum, and current issues.
