Overview:
Modern marketing moves fast, and preparing high school business students for higher education or the workforce requires shifting from passive worksheets to real-world execution. In this interactive webinar, business educators will explore how to integrate professional social media workflows, collaborative moderation, and generative artificial intelligence into secondary CTE marketing programs.
Participants will learn how Class Intercom provides a safe, structured environment for students to draft, schedule, and publish authentic social media content while building digital citizenship skills and student portfolios. Additionally, we will examine current industry data on AI adoption in marketing—where 88% of marketing professionals now utilize AI in daily operations—and demonstrate how to teach students responsible prompt engineering, content editing, and strategy. By bridging hands-on scheduling tools with workflows, educators will leave equipped to transform classroom projects into dynamic, career-ready experiences.
Objectives:
• Examine real-world social media management workflows and approval structures using Class Intercom to foster authentic, student-led content creation.
• Evaluate current industry data on AI marketing adoption to align classroom standards with modern corporate practices.
• Integrate practical "Human-in-the-Loop" AI prompt engineering and editing exercises into existing marketing unit plans by creating a Gemini Gem.
• Formulate a structured content strategy calendar suitable for CTE courses.
